Peter Holloway

Chief Executive Officer

 

Peter has a heart to help the vulnerable and those in need. At British Airways Peter trained as an aircraft engineer and then built his career in HR and organisation development. Peter was Head of People Delivery and Head of Shared Services, responsible for the delivery of operational HR services to the BA Group. In 2010 he joined the Swiss based international humanitarian agency Medair, and as their Group HR Director jointly led the organisation through significant growth and change as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. At Prison Fellowship, Peter is tasked with leading the delivery of PF’s ongoing work in prisons and enabling the organisation to achieve its vision.

Operations Team Administrator

Gary Barnes

Gary returned to an administrative role when he joined PF as Operations Team Administrator in November 2021 after a number of years in retail. He lives and worships in North London. In his spare time, Gary confesses to spending too much time on YouTube!
Business Manager

Rachel Coulson

Rachel provides administrative support to the CEO and Board of Trustees, as well as undertaking a variety of other tasks to aid the Support Team and PF’s volunteer base. Rachel joined the team in 2017, after completing a degree in Criminology.
Operations Manager

Stephen Hawkins

Stephen joined our staff team in 2009, having volunteered as a Sycamore Tree group facilitator for three years prior. As Operations Manager he supports our volunteers and the delivery of our programmes. Outside of PF Stephen volunteers in a local homeless project and enjoys cycling, supporting Liverpool FC and spending time with his daughter.
Fundraising Officer

Jo Henderson

Jo joined the team in 2022. She loves hearing about - and talking about - brilliant organisations like PF and so decided she might as well do it professionally. Her fundraising experience spans religious, charitable, and educational organisations. She is married to a vicar in the city of Brighton and Hove and when church life or her three daughters aren’t keeping her busy, she enjoys reading, walking the dog and a nice cup of tea.
Head of Volunteer Engagement

Andrew Hulley

An experienced church leader, Andrew has also led the recruitment and development of volunteers for other charities. He also has experience in chaplaincy work, teaching, leadership development and volunteering at HMP Glen Parva. He and his wife have three grown up children and are also foster parents. Andrew loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, mountain biking, bushcraft and woodworking. His other two passions are coffee and Leicester City Football Club.
Communications Officer

Rosie Orme

Rosie joined the PF team in November 2023 after 4 years in the Probation Service. She leads on our internal and external communications, so loves to write! In her spare time she enjoys reading, perusing the charity shops and exploring new places with her husband. Her other love is her fluffy and very spoilt cat, Bear!
Head of Fundraising and Communications

Andy Prescott

Andy joined Prison Fellowship in December 2015. He has worked as a fundraiser since 1999 and is responsible for securing income to fund PF’s operations. Outside of work, Andy is a keen genealogist and a fan of Wolves FC.
Finance Manager

Rosemary Rinn

Rosemary joined Prison Fellowship as Finance Manager on a part-time basis in July 2021. She has worked in the charity sector since 2013. In her spare time Rosemary enjoys art, pilates and cooking.
Internal Moderator

Debbie Sefton

Debbie has been the Internal Moderator for Sycamore Tree since 2007. Before joining PF, Debbie worked on the editorial team at Reed Elsevier. She has been married for many years and has one son. Her hobbies include travel, philately, gardening, walking, sewing and crocheting.
Programmes Coordinator

Tim Spargo-Mabbs

Tim Spargo-Mabbs was a victim of crime in 2014, which brought him into contact with Sycamore Tree. He has had a career in Social Care, specialising in Learning Disabilities. He was appointed to co-ordinate Letter Link and Angel Tree in May 2022. As a classics graduate, he loves relating the world of the Bible to the Empires of the Ancient World.
Supporter Care

Chloe Townsend

Chloe joined us in 2023 after 8 years as a full-time mum. Before that she worked in Supporter Care for the charity Samaritans. She loves reading, going to the theatre and baking with her son.
Head of Finance

Ian Williams

Ian joined Prison Fellowship as the part time Head of Finance in 2018. Ian brings a wealth of experience in the charity sector, most recently with Raleigh International. He is married with four children and enjoys playing golf and squash.
