Staff
Our staff team is made up of the following people, all of whom bring different gifts, skills and experience to Prison Fellowship. We have a national office in London and a number of field based staff. The whole team work together to support our volunteers and the activities and programmes that they are involved in.

Natalie Cronin, Chief Executive
Natalie joined Prison Fellowship in August 2009, with over 15 years voluntary sector experience working in social policy, most recently as Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the NSPCC. Natalie has been a volunteer at a London prison for a number of years, and says "Seeing the lives of prisoners transformed is the most exciting thing to witness. I want to make that available to every inmate. I can't wait to extend and grow Prison Fellowship's unique Christian vision."
Claire Bonham, Head of Volunteering
Claire Bonham has been with Prison Fellowship England and Wales for nearly 2 years, and heads up their volunteering and communications work. She oversees the recruitment, training, communication and ongoing support for volunteers as well as external communications. Claire has been involved with recruiting, training and equipping volunteers for over 8 years in International Development organisations before moving to PF.
Paul Fitzpatrick, Head of Supporter Relations
Paul joined Prison Fellowship in January 2011. He has worked in the community sector for 16 years. The last 5 years he headed up the fundraising activities within Church Army. Paul has connections with Prison Fellowship going back over 25 years, he said: ‘I am delighted to work with helping prisoners and victims’. His role creates opportunities for raising much needed funds, he also helps us all to see how we can help raise money.
Bill Lovett - Finance Controller and HR Manager
Bill joined PF in 2011 as Finance Controller and HR manager. As a qualified finance and HR professional he has worked in RNIB, Church Mission Society (Kisiizi, Uganda and UMN, Nepal), and in London universities. He is glad to be part of God's ministry through PF. Bill is an occasional writer and regular blogger
Martin Williams - Head of Operations
Martin joined Prison Fellowship in July 2011 as Head of Operations, having previously worked for West London YMCA and Royal Mail. He also spent time as a full time volunteer with Youth for Christ. His experience in project management and business development help him in his role which involves growing and developing PFs programmes.
Regional Coordinators
Our field based Regional Coordinators oversee and support all areas of Prison Fellowship activity within their region - including prayer groups, Sycamore Tree and Angel Tree. They are:

National Office team
At our national office in London, we also have a small team of staff responsible for finance, fundraising, Sycamore Tree quality assurance, communications and all areas of general administration.
