It’s a great opportunity to meet with other ATCs, support and encourage one and other and gain further understanding of the Angel Tree programme and the ATC role. This 3 hour gathering will cover:

Letter Link Training - London

  • The letter writing process
  • Security

Ride London 100 - 2018

RideLondon100   If cycling is your thing, we have a great opportunity for you on Sunday 29th July – the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100. We have six charity places remaining for this iconic event. The 100-mile bike ride on closed roads through London and Surrey starts at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford, following the course of the 2012 Olympic road race, before ending on The Mall in Central London. If you’re up for a challenge, or know someone who is, please get in touch with Andy Prescott in our London Support Office who can give you more details. Sycamore Tree Group Facilitator Training - LYMM

Sunday, 9th September - 9:30 am - 4:00 pm

Lymm Baptist Church, Lymm

Sycamore Tree is a victim awareness course that teaches the principles of restorative justice. It is taught in prisons in groups of up to 20 learners by PF volunteers. Prisoners on the course explore the effects of crime on victims, offenders, and the community, and discuss what it would mean to take responsibility for their personal actions. This training day focuses on the role of a group facilitator. The Group Facilitator training will cover;

  • Introduction to the Vision and Values of PF
  • The Role & Responsibilities of a Group Facilitator
  • The Story of Zac – Restorative Justice
  • Basic induction training
We have 30 places available, so do book your place via Eventbrite as soon as possible. If all the places have been filled, please email communications@prisonfellowship.org.uk to be added to the waiting list so we can let you know of any cancellations or future trainings. The training will start at 10am promptly; you are invited to arrive from 9:30 for registration and refreshments! Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
